Return

Return window. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. All products have a 15% restocking fee.

Condition. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals. Items that are damages, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. 

How to start a return.

1. Email contact.us@modealz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellations. To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel an order(s) that haven't shipped yet.

Warranty. Many electronics include a manufacturer's warranty. 

Non-returnable items. Items marked as final sale. Heavy items.
